Registration

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

    1. Download and complete the application form OR complete the request form online.
    2. Full payment must accompany registration with discount.
    3. A minimum deposit of 50% of total fees must accompany registration along with a post dated cheque for the balance on or before June 1, 2019. Applications after June 1 require full payment.
    4. Application can be mailed, faxed, phoned, or sent online to our office.
    5. You will be mailed out a receipt and information sheet.
    6. If paying by cheque, make cheques payable to:

    7. Return completed form with proper payment to:

DISCOUNTS

(One discount per player only)

Early Bird Discount: Register before March 1, 2019 and receive $15.00 off.

Family Discount: 2 or more siblings receive $15.00 off each. One discount per player only.

Group / Team Discount: Contact office for discount.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

All credits and refunds are subject to a $35.00 processing fee.

If you cancel:

  • before April 15 – cash refund.
  • after April 15 – hockey school credit only.

No credits or refunds without a medical note. 
Note: No credits will be given to any players who leave the camp once the week has started.  

SCHEDULE PICKUP & FREE SKATE

Tri Leisure Centre
Sunday, August 18 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm
Enrolled players pick up their schedule on the Sunday of registration.
Late registration will also be accepted if space is available.
There will be a free one hour skate from 6:00 – 7:00 pm for players on Sunday, August 18.
